My journey in the real estate and finance industry spans 10 transformative years, granting me comprehensive experience across all types of residential and commercial properties in multiple states. Having had the privilege of working with amazing individuals and families all the way up to top-tier hedge funds, builders, and major corporations, I’ve also experienced the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship firsthand. As a former student-athlete, I appreciate the discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit required to excel. Even though I jokingly call myself a ‘wannabe’ athlete and a hopeless golfer today, my love for outdoor activities remains.

My true passion, however, lies in demystifying the complex real estate system for my clients, assisting them in navigating their path toward achieving their goals. I’m also an active participant in the Dallas-Forth Worth community and children’s charities, firmly believing in giving back to the neighborhood that has given me so much. Mortgage Loan FAQs

What credit score do I need?

We can go as low as 500 credit score for certain situations.

How many years tax returns do I need from my business?

Most lenders will tell you 2 years are required. As a broker and Advisor we have more solutions that require less.

Do we provide down payment assistance?

Yes. We have many options for helping clients save money out of pocket at closing.

I am switching jobs, how long do I need to wait before getting a loan?

In most cases, we don’t require a waiting period at all and can help you with the transition.

How quickly can you close?

We close fast! We expedite our underwriting process and can close, in some cases, in one week, or as quickly as the situation allows.

Do I have to make a down payment of 20%?

Not if you do not want to. We have many options and strategies for down payment to help keep cash in pocket.

How much do I qualify for?

Everyone is different. We take a custom approach to maximize approval amounts, and meeting budgets, while ensuring a smooth process with no stress. It doesn’t have to be a stressful process.

What type of loans do you offer?

You name it we have it or can find it. We are a broker and can be very flexible. FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Non QM.

Do I have to pay for discount points?

We have unique ways of structuring rates to suit clients’ needs. We can even offer our clients wholesale rates, directly from the lender to help get an extra bang for the buck when looking at buy-down options.

Is your underwriting in house?

As a broker, this is a fun question. We are not a large company with many departments. We are small, nimble, and efficient. I speak directly with the underwriters to ensure maximum speed and efficiency during the closing process. We do not have middle management and have very little overhead, saving our clients money.

I don't want to pull my credit but want to see if I can qualify, can you help me?

Yes. As a mortgage advisor, we want to match up results with your preferred timing. We will pull credit when the time is right and best for our clients. We will advise and set our clients on a path to success, whether it is in the immediate future or down the road.
